Volunteer Of The Month

Meet Susie Yarbrough, she became a proud member of the Wagner Noël Volunteer Team in 2022. In addition to her service here, she is actively involved as a Permian Basin Master Gardener, a Llano Estacado Texas Master Naturalist, and a Keep Midland Beautiful TreeKeeper.

For Susie, volunteering at Wagner Noël is a rewarding experience. She loves engaging with patrons, never having to decide what to wear due to the volunteer attire being uniform, and enjoys attending shows without needing a plus-one. Susie states that picking a favorite event to work at is a difficult task. "Bill Engvall's side-splitting humor left me in tears, as did Nate Bargatze's. I was mesmerized at Christmas Cirque, and I love every symphony performance."

When she’s not digging in the dirt, Susie’s blooming at the theatre: cultivating great experiences and planting smiles, one show at a time.
