After over 20 years in sales and retail, Joe found that volunteering at Wagner Noël was the perfect way to reconnect with his passion for customer service. He discovered the opportunity through a social media post and saw it as a chance to make a difference without changing careers. One of Joe’s favorite events to work was The Thorn—an unforgettable experience. While he’s not one to seek recognition, Joe wants to thank the entire Wagner Noël staff and his fellow volunteers for making him feel like family. It’s because of them that he enjoys being there so much.
